do you remember the first night we all went out? you broke a glass by accident and one of the shards ended up flying into elle's coat pocket. we got home and realised it was still in there, and without really knowing what to do, i decided to keep it, because for some reason it felt significant. it's been sitting on my desk since that night, maybe three or four months ago.
